Formula 1: Drive to Survive

CONTROVERSIAL but i think drive to survive is a great introduction into f1 & it definitely boosted its popularity in america. keep in mind that everything is highly, highly edited and a lot of the drivers (verstappen especially) have protested the docuseries because of the way they're portrayed

definitely a 'reality show' edit to f1. if you don't know anything about f1, i'd watch the first season (danny ric, my f1 roman empire) to get the basics and then watch it alongside the races. you do get some hilarious bts and commentary from the team principals and drivers
